Parking no longer Free after Three
COUNCIL bosses have issued a reminder to motorists that Rotherham's "Free after Three" parking scheme has ended.
The initiative, which was launched in May last year, finished last Friday, meaning that motorists will have to pay the relevant fees when they park from 8am up to 6pm.
Charges in the Wellgate multi-storey apply from 7am until 7pm. Visitors to the town centre can still take advantage of free all-day parking on Saturdays, which applies to all on-street parking as well as council-run off-street car parks in the town centre.
