But Evans isn't worried. He said: "In the second half we dragged them all over the pitch and outplayed them in every area.

"I don't think that neutrals or even the most biased Notts County fan would deny that their side are fortunate to still be in the Cup. Now, we look forward to doing battle again.

"They will think, for the right reasons, that they have done 75 per cent of the job, but we will be doing our best."
