Motorway users warned of slip road closure

Motorists are being warned that the northbound exit slip road of the M1 at junction 32 (Thurcroft) will be shut overnight tomorrow (Wednesday).

Highways England said this was because technology works were due to take place.

A spokesman said: “The closures will take place between 8pm and 6am, and drivers will be able to follow clearly-signed diversion routes.

“The work could be subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. 

“All our improvement work is carried out with the aim of causing as little disruption as possible.”
