Motorist charged after police chase
A POLICE helicopter was called in when a motorist refused to pull over for officers on the ground.
The 25-year-old driver, from Rotherham, was spotted in a stolen Land Rover at Alfreton, Derbyshire last Thursday.
He was followed and arrested after stopping the vehicle in a car park at Mill Street, Clowne.
Later the man was charged with dangerous driving, driving without insurance, driving while disqualified and aggravated vehicle theft.
