Moore's frustration as Millers squander points

RONNIE Moore will spend the next few days assessing why his Rotherham United side again failed to record valuable win points at home.

Tuesday's 2-2 draw with lowly Northampton - who could have gone bottom had they lost - was the result of an implosion in confidence, after Moore's men had raced into a 2-0 lead inside the opening 20 minutes.

Firstly Ryan Taylor and then Marcus Marshall put Rotherham in command before Abdul Osman pulled one back and then, minutes later Andrew Holt snatched an equaliser.

It was the sixth time in eight league and cup games that United have failed to win on their own patch.

Said Moore: "It’s so frustrating and I can understand the supporters pulling their hair out—because I’m doing the same.”
