Man banned from football matches after being involved in disorder

A MAN has been banned from attending football matches after being involved in disorder at a game.

Tommy Lee Blessed (20), of Gaitskell Close, Goldthorpe, was given a three-year football banning order at Barnsley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

He pleaded guilty to a Section 4 public order offence after being involved in disorder at the Barnsley v Leeds United match on January 21.

The banning order prevents him from attending any regulated football match for three years.
