Council staff gathered outside Riverside House and Rotherham Town Hall at 11am to grieve for the dead and as a mark of respect to those injured.

Seven people were killed and 48 injured, 18 of whom remain in a critical condition, when three attackers drove a van into pedestrians on London Bridge and launched a knife attack in Borough Market on Saturday night.
