Lengthy delays due to emergency roadworks on A57

EMERGENCY roadworks are in place across the borough as Storm Doris causes damage to trees and roads in Rotherham.

BT has issued an immediate permit for work to replace a dangerous cover on the A57 Worksop Road at Lindrick.

Temporary two-way traffic lights are in place near to the entrance for Anston Grange Farm.

A spokeswoman said lengthy delays were expected until Friday evening.
