Killer driver on run in Pakistan
A DRIVER convicted of causing the deaths of a father and son is still evading justice in Pakistan.
Syed Raza (27), failed to turn up for his trial after being charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving following a smash which killed Michael Rowley (41), and his 14-year-old son Jonathan.

Hide AdIt is understood that he left Britain while on police bail to attend his sister's wedding in Pakistan, but never came back after police bought him a flight ticket.
He was convicted in his absence and given a three-and-a-half year prison sentence.
Raza crashed his Vauxhall Corsa into a motorbike being driven by Mr Rowley, of Clifton, who was carrying his son as a passenger, on the A631 in Lincolnshire in April 2001.
Raza was in the UK on a student visa, studying business at Lincoln University, at the time of the smash.

Hide AdMr Rowley, who was heading to the seaside at the time, was forced to swerve to avoid Raza's car but skidded and crashed into it.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said officers were still investigating ways of getting Raza back into the country to begin his prison sentence.
