Keeleigh is perfect pupil
EVER-present pupil Keeleigh Davies celebrated not missing a day of lessons since starting school — back in 2007.
The 11-year-old, in Year 6 at Our Lady and St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Wath, was honoured during a presentation at the end of term.
A school spokeswoman said: “This is a wonderful achievement. Keeleigh’s excellent attendance and hard work have helped her achieve great SATs results.
“She started here on September 26, 2007, and she’s not had a day off in all that time.
“We had another student who managed it about four years ago, but they don’t come along very often.”
