I want to carry on, says Kari

MILLERS schemer Kari Arnason wants to stay around for the long term at Rotherham United.

In on a two-year contract, the 29-year-old Icelandic international was one of Steve Evans' big signings of the summer and arrives having played with Aberdeen in the Scottish Premier League last term and with Plymouth for two seasons before that.

Despite his experience, he is keen to keep improving his game and believes he's found the right place to do it.

He told the Advertiser: "Coming off international games, you always want to improve and play at a higher level. I'm hoping I can help take Rotherham to back-to-back promotions and stay with the club as long as possible."
