Have you seen stolen metal for sale?

A hole was cut in the external wall to gain access to a business unit at Waddington Way in Parkgate on Sunday.

A police spokesman said: “Enquiries are ongoing, including reviewing CCTV footage, which shows a large van in the area at the time.

“If anyone witnessed any suspicious activity in the area last weekend, or any suspicious vans, please get in touch. 

“If you have been offered any metals for sale that don’t appear to be from a legitimate source, officers are also keen to hear from you.”

The incident happened between 6.30pm and 11.15pm. Anyone with information is urged to call 101 or email [email protected], quoting incident 275 of March 20.
