Gun threat to woman in Wath

DETECTIVES are investigating after a man threatened a female driver with a gun in Wath.

Police were called to Cutts Avenue at 8.15pm on Saturday (February 24).

A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: “It is reported that a man threatened a woman driver with an air rifle, causing fear of violence.”  

The incident is currently being investigated by detectives and anyone with information should call 101 and quote incident number 935 of February 24.
