Go-ahead for Wickersley homes
OUTLINE planning permission has been given for 24 homes on paddock land in Wickersley.
Road access to the land has been changed to two cul-de-sacs after concerns it might become a rat run if Hall Croft and Lindum Drive were joined.
Some residents had complained the new homes might impact on smaller properties around the site.
But Rotherham Borough Council said the site could “satisfactorily accommodate” 24 homes.
