JAMIE Oliver's Ministry of Food will be giving away free pizzas to Rotherham folk this weekend and hosting free sessions on how to make your own.

The Ministry will be open to the general public between midday and 3pm on Saturday and the event will be hosted by local pizza company, Pizzatainment.

Pizzatainment is a new business, less than a year old, setup by 24-year-old Sheffield man Danny West.

The company have been putting on their events at schools and parties across South Yorkshire throughout the year.

Pizzatainment put a lot of emphasis on the health and environmental benefits while making sure cooking is still fun as well.

Mr West said: "It's a real honour to be doing an event at the Ministry. I hope loads of people come along and get stuck in.

"I'm particularly looking forward to the ham and mushroom."

Danny will be putting on more pizzatainment events throughout Rotherham in 2010.
