The programme consists of two one-hour sessions per week on Wednesdays and Fridays between 7.20am and 8.20am.

Centre manager Steve Hepworth said: "We want to increase people's general health, wellbeing and self esteem through exercise which in return contributes to lowering sickness absence rates."

"I would encourage local employees to take advantage of the free classes for a healthy workforce."

There are 30 places for each class available, which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Anyone interested is asked to register with DVC Sports on 01709 513315.
