Firefighters tackle two arson attacks
A LARGE amount of rubbish was set alight by arsonists last night.
Firefighters from Rotherham station were at the scene for 40 minutes after the blaze was started at 7pm on Brecks Lane, Herringthorpe.
At the same time a crew from Cudworth station was called to another arson attack in Wombwell.
A skip was found on fire on Bondfield Crescent and was extinguished by the crew within 30 minutes.
