Fire crews attend two accidents overnight

FIREFIGHTERS from Dearne station attended two accidents overnight.

One crew was called to Cherry Tree Court, Goldthorpe at 8pm, when a car was alight.

The Toyota X-Trail is thought to have caught fire accidentally. Staff left the scene at around 8.30pm.

Firefighters were also called to a traffic collision in Rawmarsh at around 11.40pm.

Two vehicles had collided on Symonds Avenue, but no-one was trapped inside. Staff left the scene at around midnight.
