Festival of Learning
A FESTIVAL of activities aimed at getting adults learning is being held later next week.
Rotherham’s Adult Learning Week runs from May 20 to the 24 and has been described by council chiefs as “the perfect opportunity to celebrate learning in all its forms, to raise awareness of the benefits it can bring, and to inspire adults of all ages to try something new”.
A week of free events organised by the council’s Community Learning Service includes skills workshops on digital photography, first aid, nail art, jewellery-making, card craft and social media.
