Family activities as Rotherham goes to market for Easter
Free face-painting will be available on the indoor market balcony along with chocolate and balloon giveaways next Friday (14) and Saturday.
On the Friday, there will also be a chance to meet real life Easter bunnies and fluffy chicks in the outdoor covered events area.

Hide AdOn Saturday, April 22, there will be a St George’s Day celebration, with knight, dragon and princess mascots, crown-making activities and free strawberries and cream.
A raffle will also be held to raise money for the mayor’s charities with charities including a giant Easter egg.
Cllr Denise Lelliott, Rotherham Borough Council’s Cabinet member for jobs and the local economy, said: “There are lots of fun family activities in Rotherham town centre this Easter and the markets are no exception.
“Come along and see what the great variety of stalls has to offer while keeping the children entertained with some of these great activities.”
