ELECTION 2015: Sarah Champion re-elected as Rotherham MP
Sarah Champion has been re-elected as the Labour MP for Rotherham.
The 45-year-old former hospice chief executive, who was elected in 2012, beat UKIP's Jane Collins in the battle for general election victory.
Ms Champion, who won the 2012 by-election after Denis MacShane's expenses scandal, extended her majority by more than 3,000 to 8,446.
She said: "I'm deeply, deeply honoured and greatly humbled."
