Duo to stand trial over pensioner Mushin Ahmed's murder
TWO men will go on trial next week charged with the murder of pensioner Mushin Ahmed.
Mr Ahmed (81) was found badly injured near Fitzwilliam Road, Rotherham, in the early hours of August 10 last year.
He died 11 days later in hospital.
Damien Hunt, of Doncaster Road, East Dene, and Dale Jones, of East Bawtry Road, Rotherham, are both charged with murder.
The trial will begin on Monday at Sheffield Crown Court and is expected to last three weeks.
