Delays on M1 motorway as upgrade works continue
MOTORISTS face delays on the M1 motorway this morning (Wednesday) as works to upgrade it to a “smart motorway” continue.
Traffic is heavy on the northbound carriageway between junction 31 for Aston and junction 34 for Meadowhall.
Drivers have been told to allow extra time for their journeys.
