Cranworth pub could be demolished
A FORMER pub could be demolished to make way for a retail outlet.
The Cranworth, on Fitzwilliam Road in Eastwood, was shut by Punch Taverns in February 2015.
Planning permission had been approved for new doors, windows and air conditioning as part of conversion into a convenience store.
But now applicant Shafaq Iqbal has enquired with the council about demolishing the building.
