Councillor Peter Thirlwall thrown out of meeting
OUTSPOKEN councillor Peter Thirlwall was sensationally thrown out of a council meeting yesterday.
The independent borough councillor was escorted by police from the Council Chamber at Rotherham Town Hall after refusing to keep quiet.
