Could you help run Rotherham's health services

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust (TRFT) is looking for people with a passion for their local health services to become one of eight new public governors and three staff governors.

Seats for Public Governors are available in the following areas: Rotherham South, Rotherham North, Wentworth North, Wentworth Valley and the Rest of England.

The three seats available for Staff Governors are in the following areas: Other Health Professionals, Support Staff to Health Professionals and Other Staff.

All nominations need to be in by March 18 and elections will take place in May.

To give people an insight into the role of a Governor, the Trust will be holding an Aspirant Governors event on Monday, February 25 at 5.30pm in the boardroom at the hospital, for anyone interested in finding out more about becoming a governor.
