Cook up a Clifton Park Museum Christmas treat

FESTIVE treats cooked in Clifton Park Museum’s Victorian kitchen will feature at its Twelve Days of Christmas event.

There will also be carols performed by a children’s choir and crafts for three to 11-year-olds next Saturday.

Craft-making costs £2.50 and visits to Santa are £5 per child, including a gift. Visitors can drop in any time between 11am and 4pm.

Adults can make their own Christmas wreaths on the same date, with workshops taking place from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.

Tickets are £18, including all materials, a hot drink and mince pie or — for an extra £4 — a glass of prosecco. Places must be booked in advance.

Christmas craft workshop’s for toddlers take place on Tuesday, December 12, from 10.30am to noon and 1pm to 2pm. The cost is £2.50 and places must be booked.

An event charting the history of the Clifton House building take place the following day. This costs £12.50, including Victorian-inspired refreshments and the chance to make and take home a Chirstmas cracker. Tours start at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm. Places must be booked.
