Church for sale
EASTWOOD Methodist Church has been put up for sale for £250,000.
An advert on property website Zoopla described the church as a substantial religious building in a prominent location and ideal for a variety of uses.
The building stands on a three-quarter acre site on Fitzwilliam Road near St Ann’s roundabout.
The advert added: “The property comprises a purpose-built church, with the original building having been extended in the late 1960s to provide the additional chapel.”
