Celebrate carers at Rotherham event

A SERIES of events are being held next week to celebrate and support carers.

An information event is being led by Rotherham Carers’ Forum at All Saints’ Square in Rotherham from 9am to 4pm on today (June 13).

Forum secretary Jayne Price said the event was aimed at family and friends carers.

“The intention is to engage with carers to let them know what is available as support, and to locate ‘hidden’ carers or people who may not yet realise they are carers,” she said.

A coffee morning for carers will also take place at 10.30am and Addison Day Centre in Maltby.
