Car thieves "dump stolen car" in Parkgate

A SUSPECTED thief dumped a stolen car near Parkgate’s former B&Q store.

A police spokeswoman said the grey Volkswagen Golf was dumped on Forge Way at around 12.30pm today (Monday).

She said the car had been stolen from a property on Prince of Wales Road in Sheffield.

Officers are searching for a man, who was said to be driving the car, and a woman, who was in the front passenger seat.
