Business boost as hi-tech tool firm outlines £3 million expansion plans
The company’s £4 million Innovation Centre Europe building was opened only three years ago but plans to make it bigger have already been passed.
The proposal will increase the total floor space from 818 sq m to almost 1,800.

“This decision by Nikken to develop this site further demonstrates their ongoing commitment to investment in the Advanced Manufacturing Park.”
Nikken Kosakusho Europe Limited — a subsidiary of Nikken Kosakusho Works Limited Japan — also has its headquarters, workshops, sales offices and European distribution centre in Rotherham, at Barbot Hall.
