THREE men will appear before Rotherham magistrates tomorrow as a result of an incident in which a 40-year-old man was murdered.

Christopher Jones (25), of Kiveton, Andrew Rawcliffe (18), of Treeton, and a 17-year-old youth from Treeton, were charged last week with aggravated burglary.

The charges relate to an incident in Brinsworth on December 3.

Police were called to a disturbance on Godric Drive, in which 40-year-old Justin Hague was stabbed. He died later in hospital.

Mr Hague’s son Karl (19) has already appeared in court charged with aggravated burglary. He was remanded in custody and will appear at Sheffield Crown Court on March 14.

Two other men—a 22-year-old from Sheffield and a 22-year-old from Brinsworth—remain on police bail pending further enquiries in relation to the murder.

Two further males arrested at the time were released without charge.
