The annual event takes place to raise vital funds for local charities and this year they are set to benefit from the thousands raised by local businesses, digging deep and showing generosity at this year's event.

The event raised over £6,500 for the President’s Charity Fund.

Charities will have the opportunity to apply to the fund and prizes will be awarded to projects and initiatives that charitable causes need vital funds for.

Guests were wowed by show-stopping performances by the Gillian Banks Theatre School, who set the scene by performing to Bond greats, Goldfinger, Moonraker and Skyfall with aerial performances, dance routines and vocals, while compere Craig Wilde appeared in full Blofeld costume.

Fundraising activities included a collection, tombola and an auction with unique items including a week's stay aboard a yacht in Tenerife and the loan of a new BMW 4 Series Coupe.
