Arsonists start huge blaze near industrial park

ARSONISTS started a huge blaze on an industrial park which had to be tackled into the night by five fire crews.

The blaze started outside a building at 10.35pm on Manor Road, Kiveton Park.

Two crews from Nottingham station were drafted in to support colleagues from Aston, Birley and Parkway.

A South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said the blaze was started deliberately and it remained unclear what was set alight.

Crews left the scene at 2.25am.

An investigation into the blaze has been launched.

Nobody was injured.
