Arsonists on rampage
KIMBERWORTH was hit by a spate of arson attacks, including one on a children’s playground, on Monday night.
Firefighters from Rotherham station were called to six incidents in four hours, starting with a climbing frame at Barker’s Park shortly after 10pm.
They attended five other deliberate fires, all on wheelie bins with the last on Kimberworth Park Road around 2.30am.
Police have been informed.
