Anguish of crash victims' families

THE grieving families of the three teenagers killed in a car smash in Conisbrough at the weekend have spoken of their “devastation” over their deaths.

The three—Michael Thomas Gallagher (16), from Warmsworth, Thomas Ryan Hughes (15), from Bessacarr and Antonia Phillippa Browne (14), from Balby—suffered multiple injuries in a high-speed smash when the car ploughed into a tree and was torn in two on the A630 in the early hours of Sunday.

The family of Thomas Hughes summed up the feelings of relatives when they said they had been left “totally devastated.”

Police are still appealing for sightings of the silver Honda Civc “Inspire” that was involved in the crash.

Officers are keen to speak to people who may have seen the Honda, registration number YH53 EBF from 8pm on Saturday January 29 to 4.30am on Sunday January 30 in the Balby, Warmsworth and Conisbrough areas of Doncaster.
