“An Audience With…” the police and fire services
VOLUNTARY groups can find out more about the police and fire services’ work at a special event next week.
As part of Voluntary Action Rotherham’s An Audience With… series, the organisation will welcome police community safety officer Andy Foster and fire service watch manager Keith Watts, who will give an overview of the Lifewise Centre in Hellaby.
A VAR spokeswoman said: “This is the voluntary sector’s opportunity to find out more about the work of the Lifewise Centre, and how South Yorkshire Police and South Yorkshire Fire Service can support local communities and partner agencies.”
The event takes place from 10am to noon on Wednesday, May 21, at VAR’s HQ in Coke Hill, Rotherham.
