Air ambulance called after Mexborough workplace accident
A MAN was airlifted to hospital after a workplace accident in Mexborough yesterday.
The patient, aged in his early 50s, was moved by Yorkshire Air Ambulance shortly after 9am.
Flying medics were called after his left arm was trapped in machinery on the White Lee Industrial Estate.
An air ambulance spokeswoman could not comment on the man’s condition, nor could a Yorkshire Ambulance Service spokeswoman.
