A LUCKY Rotherham Hospice lottery player scooped a £10,000 rollover pot which had been building up for months.
The winner, who asked to remain anonymous, picked up the cash prize which had not been won for 24 weeks.
The draws carry a guaranteed £1,000 prize each week and the last £10,000 rollover winner came in December 2016. The maximum amount is £20,000.
Hospice donations and lottery manager Paula Figueira said: “By joining the lottery, everyone wins. Your support will ensure that we can provide care to people, their families and carers affected by a terminal illness.”
To sign up, contact the lottery office on 01709 308921, visit a hospice charity shop or go to www.rotherhamhospice.org.uk/lottery-payment-options.
