A spokesman said both men were “loved very much” and their families “haven’t given up hope” of them being recovered and returned home.

Mr Shaw is understood to be from Kimberworth and Mr Cresswell is from Clifton.

Three men are missing following the incident on February 23, in which one man died.

Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service chief fire officer David Etheridge said there had been "no signs of life detected" in the wreckage while looking for the missing people.

Floral tributes have been left by Didcot residents near the entrance to the power station site.
