Bus firm in Meet the Customer drive
A BUS company is inviting customers to share their views about its bus services at a Meet the Customer event in Rotherham tomorrow.
First managers will be in All Saints’ Square between 10am and 3pm to meet bus users in person.
The event is part of First’s developing customer engagement programme, enabling customers to meet management teams face-to-face and discuss what they like about the services and where First can improve.
