Town hall turns purple for the census
ROTHERHAM Town Hall was among hundreds of buildings and landmarks lit up in purple to mark the census.
The event last weekend (19-21) was organised by the Office for National Statistics to mark the importance of filling out the survey, which helps provide services across the UK such as the appropriate number of school places and hospital beds.
