Top award for Manvers site boss

Alan Green’s work on Kingfishers Walk, Manvers, saw him recognised with a National House Building Council award.

He said: “The whole team at the Kingfishers Walk takes great pride in what they do and works extremely hard to ensure the homes we build are completed to the highest possible standards. I'm delighted to have reached this stage of the competition and to be recognised by the industry in this way."

The Taylor Wimpey Yorkshire development comprises two, three and four-bedroom homes near the Manvers Lake waterfront.

Marketing director Anne Bagshaw said: “Alan's award is thoroughly deserved.

“We’ll all be supporting him as he progresses through to the regional heats and hopefully the grand final.”
