Time limit stays for Pizza Pizza

A TAKEAWAY’S bid to open later —    including 1am at weekends — was rejected by Rotherham Council.

Pizza Pizza on Fellowsfield Way, Kimberworth, is allowed to trade to 11pm on Sundays and 11.30pm every other night.

Applicant Mohsen Koohi asked for this to be extended to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.

The application was turned down by RMBC, which said the longer hours would result in increased noise and disturbance for nearby residents.
