Throapham House up for top award

A ROTHERHAM B&B is in the running for a White Rose Award — the biggest tourism awards in the UK.

Throapham House near Dinnington has made it through to the final of the Bed & Breakfast/Guest Accommodation of the Year category for the second year running.

Winners will be announced at a glittering ceremony on October 1 at Elland Road’s Centenary Pavilion in Leeds.

Ann Holland, who runs the B&B with husband Robert, said: “We once again delighted to be representing South Yorkshire at the White Rose Awards.”
