Third arrest in Tommy Ward murder case
DETECTIVES investigating the killing of Maltby’s Tommy Ward made a third arrest on Wednesday.
A 23-year-old Sheffield man was held on suspicion of murder, in addition to two other men — a 30-year-old from Sheffield and a 35-year-old from Rotherham who were arrested earlier in the day.
Tommy (80), of Salisbury Road, died in hospital five months after being attacked at home.
