Therapy garden will offer more for patients

A HOSPITAL’S therapy garden will be extended to offer more activities for patients, under new plans.

A timber building was installed at Wathwood Hospital last year to provide recreation and training.

Two more units will be added in the new year, one housing therapy kitchen facilities and the other to be a farm shop.

Plans for a general storage building to keep equipment will be decided on by Rotherham Borough Council in January.
