Six escape as firefighters attend Dinnington house blaze

SIX people escaped a Dinnington house blaze on Sunday evening.

Three fire engines attended the incident in the bathroom of a property on Doe Quarry Lane.

Two people were given treatment after breathing in smoke, and the fire was dealt with by 8.36pm.

On Saturday, four fire engines and a turntable ladder were sent to a derelict building fire on Edlington Lane, Edlington. 

The fire was started deliberately and took nearly two hours to deal with from 4.35am.
