Rotherham health bosses ready for zany charity games

HEALTH bosses will swap suits for sports kit and compete in an It’s A Knockout charity challenge.

The team of Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust executives—including chairman Peter Lee—will be at Outokumpu in Brinsworth this Saturday.

The event, from 10am to 4pm, will raise money for the trust’s appeals, including Dr Ted’s Children’s Appeal and The Purple Butterfly Appeal, raising funds for end of life care.

There will also be refreshments, a bouncy castle, tombola and henna painting.

Charity development officer Tracy Williams said: “We’d like to encourage as many friends of the trust as possible to come along.

“There will be lots of fun and laughs and to help raise as much money as possible for the people of Rotherham.”
