Revving up cash for Bluebell Wood

Jack Kirsopp (aged ten) and mum, Vicky, from Bluebell Wood were part of the special preview that saw a selection of superb cars such as Lamborghinis and Porsches, line up to promote the charity’s Supercar Experience.

Supercar owners offered shoppers the chance to take an unforgettable dream ride, or have a photograph taken with their prized possession, in exchange for a donation to Bluebell Wood. 

The hospice is Meadowhall’s chosen charity for 2016/2017 and cares for children and young adults with a shortened life expectancy and a range of complex medical needs, and their families.

Meadowhall events manager Alex Caley said: “We only had a handful of cars here today and yet we had so many people stopping and having their photographs taken.”
